New technical achievement! We have just completed an exciting project: the transformation of a worn part into a high-quality technical article using polyurethane!

Starting with the dimensions of the original object, we performed a careful analysis of the material and an in-depth study of the desired application. Thanks to this, we were able to build a customised mould and produce polyurethane parts that best met the required needs.

In this specific case, we created pads for the Internal Pneumatic Line-Up Clamps. Thanks to the flexibility and strength of polyurethane, these pads offer a reliable solution for internal pneumatic alignment.

Polyurethane proved to be an ideal material for this project, as it allows easy processing and offers outstanding mechanical properties, such as resistance to wear, abrasion and chemicals. In addition, parts made of polyurethane have a long service life, ensuring reliable performance over time.
