The Pieffe Mappano plant specialises in the coating of rubber rollers, and supply of rollers complete with metal insert.

Decades of experience and knowledge of materials also allow Pieffe to carry out complex machining on rubberised cylinders, such as axial, radial, single and cross helical scoring, conical, rounded, biconical and bi-truncated conical grinding, and others on specific request, obtaining a high-quality and competitive product on the market.

Pieffe has recently installed a sandblasting system- which – completes the entire internal production process- thus guaranteeing total control, flexibility and greater speed – of -production

It should also be noted – the possibility of – regeneration of worn rollers – with the total removal of the old coating and the application of a new one with guaranteed, full compliance with the customer’s requirements. Pieffe can restore bearing seats, repair metal parts or make new ones, and provide dedicated wooden packaging.

In addition to standard operations, ancillary machining is possible such as:
